It's now time for a brand new season of the MRC, where Bethany Certain, and Jack Flashwells, the new commentators, replacing former presenters Biff Tradwell and Gary Reasons from the first game, announce the season qualifier.
Like the first game, the story focuses on the player, who remains silent throughout the game's cutscenes. The story takes place 10 years after the events of the first game and it's PSVita successor/sequel. Also, like in LittleBigPlanet, you can unlock all content from the first game and the PSVita game as well, including the DLC tour packs from the first game. That means you may not even be able to access single player components. Plus, if the player has an existing save to the first game, it can bring everything the player unlocked and created in the first game, including any DLC packs you bought in the first game. ModNation Racers will also take a deep hit, as Sony has noted that it will 'no longer be playable' after the 10th. Gameplay is the same as the original, but with a few minor differences: now the players can create arenas to battle in, and they can also make anti-gravity tracks!
